Tshering Wangyel – Nurturing Potential Through Long-Term Support 05-Jun-25
<p data-start="234" data-end="677">Tshering Wangyel, a 16-year-old student (pictured in the middle) is currently enrolled in Class 8 at Gonpasingma Lower Secondary School. He comes from a financially disadvantaged background and has been receiving basic support from his school to continue his education. In 2024, he was diagnosed with a learning disability and is now recognized as a child with special needs within the school system.</p><p data-start="679" data-end="977">Understanding the challenges Tshering faces both at home and in the classroom, RS Rainbow Foundation has stepped in with a strong and long-term commitment to his wellbeing. We are currently providing him with essential school supplies, casual clothing, and pocket money to ease his daily struggles.</p><p data-start="201" data-end="615">
