<p data-start="234" data-end="677">Tshering Wangyel, a 16-year-old student (pictured in the middle) is currently enrolled in Class 8 at Gonpasingma Lower Secondary School. He comes from a financially disadvantaged background and has been receiving basic support from his school to continue his education. In 2024, he was diagnosed with a learning disability and is now recognized as a child with special needs within the school system.</p><p data-start="679" data-end="977">Understanding the challenges Tshering faces both at home and in the classroom, RS Rainbow Foundation has stepped in with a strong and long-term commitment to his wellbeing. We are currently providing him with essential school supplies, casual clothing, and pocket money to ease his daily struggles.</p><p data-start="201" data-end="615"> </p><p data-start="979" data-end="1386">Our support goes beyond short-term aid—it is part of a sustained effort to walk alongside Tshering throughout his academic journey. We are committed to ensuring he has access to the educational and household resources he needs to grow with dignity, confidence, and hope. With continued care and encouragement, we believe Tshering has the strength and potential to become an independent and successful individual.</p>
