After the loss of all his siblings, he now lives entirely alone, with no land, income, or immediate family to care for him. He depends on his nephew—a humble farmer supporting his own children and household—who resides in a different chiwog and is unable to visit regularly. Tshongpa’s situation is dire, and without consistent support, even accessing basic necessities such as food, clothing, and medical care is a daily struggle.
